  The lady with the pink short wig working the register is absolutely rude. No hey how you doing have a great day or nothing. Customer service is horrible and the food cold and old.

  The service there last night was terrible. The lady who i guess was working the speaker was absolutely impatient with me and kept rushing me to the next window. The store only had white meat which I believe is absolutely absurd especially if there's still an hour before close. They need to learn how to do their job and not rush customers. Terrible service.

  My husband and I had a quick breakfast before work, and the service was exceptional. The two women who worked there went above and beyond our expectations. The food looked so good, it could have been featured on a commercial! I truly appreciated their genuine interest in our order and their willingness to accommodate us to the best of their abilities. When I asked for a dark biscuit, they actually put it in the oven for me. I’ve never had such attentive service from any Bojangles. I had to call them up the road to express how amazed I was, because it was heartwarming to see people genuinely take pride in their work. That’s a rare sight these days. Thank you, ladies! It really made my day ☺️.

  First of all the ai takes my order so if I said everything correctly to it why did i I not get the correct condiments? This place has a i don't care attitude and workers just getting a check. Food high so of course I want mines correct. Ordered Bo Bites and they gave me the oldest ones ever actually wanted a whole refund but decided to just get some more Bo Bites.

  After having bad experiences with this Bojangles in the past, I stopped in and placed a order through the drive thru. The lady needs to be trained on how to open her mouth, how to let someone know that there is a wait on the chicken and not just say pull up after taking my money. After waiting for a while, I went in and asked for my money back as well as letting her know I was not pleased with this transaction. Then after getting my order, the chicken tasted nasty as though it was cooked in old grease and the biscuit was flat and hard enough to be used as a hockey putt. After not ordering from this Bojangles in over two months and living less than ten minutes away, I will go pass this business in the future for chicken. Its not worth the higher price anyway. The location has a "under new management"sign up in the windows, but it is the same sorry service with a sorry attitude. Minus -🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
