There was zero attempt to help, no ownership of the mistake, and not even basic courtesy. Thankfully, Food Lion in Carrollton, VA stepped up in a big way. Despite typically requiring 48 hours’ notice, they had no problem making a rush custom cake same day last minute. The contrast in customer service couldn’t be more clear! Huge props to Food Lion and their stellar employees for actually caring about their customers. Miss Keosha and Kiteda were beyond helpful and truly saved the day! Major shout-out to these ladies and the bakery staff for going above and beyond to assist!
