    Stopped off while on a road trip for something quick. Ordered at the kiosk inside and ate at he facility in a dining room booth. Interior of restaurant was fairly modern for a McDonald's, without noticeable wear and tear as seen in some other locations. Drinks station showcased some trash and spills, but no worse than I've come to expect from other McDonald's. Ordered for two. My partner got the $6 burger combo, and I ordered a double quarter pounder (using a 40% off app coupon) and the buy one, get one McChicken sandwiches (2 total). I entered both as custom orders entered directly into the kiosk - extra mayo and pickles for me, she hates mayo/insists on extra onions - then went to grab a seat. Tables in dining area were dirty/sticky with visible spills of both the wet and dry varieties. I went to grab our food and then asked for her cup at the checkout and and to my surprise - and appreciation - received an XL cup vs. the small included with the meal. Grabbed our food, sat, and unwrapped. Immediately saw my burger had none of what I ordered, along with condiments I didn't. Checked the chicken. Same. Opened her burger for her and she gagged... The sight of mayo makes her ill, and her burger was so heavily drenched in it that it squeezed out buns and absolutely coated the wrapper. I love mayo and couldn't have even held that burger, let alone eat it. I took the food back and asked if they'd remake it, and to their credit they did without question. Didn't understand why they tossed all of the wrong items, though. The mayo burger wasn't edible, but mine were fine aside from not being what I ordered. Would have been nice if they just let us keep them, but we ended up getting what we paid for so I can't complain. I expected the sandwiches to taste fresh as they were remade right before being consumed, but if I hadn't seen them put together in front of me I'd have guessed they were at least a few hours old. The flavor wasn't bad, but the temperature and texture screamed "I sat under the warmer just for you". Mostly on par with similar experiences at other locations across the East Coast; however, we were two of four total people in the restaurant with scant drive through traffic and numerous employees loitering, making the mess in the dining room/egregious order fail a bit surprising. Bring no expectations with you beyond "pay requested price, receive edible food, touch surfaces at own risk" and you won't be disappointed.

    We ate here yesterday while passing through and the food and service were fine. However, we have been trying to call and ask about a lost item and their phone doesn't work. It rings and then goes busy, with no alternate way to reach out.

    Cannot get a to go order correct. Ordered a McDouble and a large lemonade sweet ice tea. Got a hamburger fries and a medium lemonade.

    This is far most the Most Horrible Mcd"s EVER!!! The employees are not required to wear hair nets nor tie their 6ft of hair back. They literally Close whenever they choose! And ice cream machine is ALWAYS broken! Employee eating out of the French fry bin! Don't waste your time calling Cooperate, I'm 100% positive they get complaints ALL the time. What happened to Mystery Customers? What happened to Upper management popping in the restaurant to see 1st hand exactly what your local customers deal with on a regular basis.
