  I had a very frustrating experience tonight at this McDonalds. I ordered two Oreo McFlurrys with extra fudge through the drive-thru, and while I was charged for the extra fudge, it was not added to either item. When I got home, my daughter was really upset, so I returned to the store to have it corrected. Unfortunately, the situation was handled poorly. The manager, Mustafa, refused to replace the item and would only offer to add fudge to the already-melting McFlurry I brought back. I paid for a product that wasn't made correctly. He refused my request and I ended up leaving with a melted McFlurry and no real resolution. This was so disappointing, especially considering how simple the mistake was to fix. I wasnt asking for anything extra just what I originally paid for. I hope management can improve how they handle basic order mistakes and customer concerns in the future. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

  Very disappointed and disgusted 🤢 On 4/5/26, I got breakfast and witness two workers drop eggs on the ground and proceed to pick it up and put it on the line to be served.

  Had the most unprofessional experience at a fast food restaurant the other day at this location. Went though the line and got to the window. A manager (or someone who acted like a boss) abruptly handed me a bag and shut the door. I normally never even look in my bag but knew something was off. I immediately noticed that I was not handed my drink and the bag seemed super light. I quickly opened it and noticed it was one burger...not the 5+ items I had ordered (which didn't even include a burger). I politely waited for the lady to look back at my car and she did. I said "Oh I think I may have the wrong order." She basically grabbed the bag out of my hand and gave me the nastiest look. It was so odd. Then she acts so unhinged and starts violently yelling at the staff. It was beyond unprofessional--they hadn't committed a homicide. Get a grip. She then tells me to go to "Window 1"...I thought she meant the window at the side (because that's where I've been sent to wait in the past). She then proceeded to stick her head out of the window and yell at me for holding up the line. Apparently she wanted me to go through the entire line again?!? Which I would have absolutely done had I known what the heck she wanted. I've never been treated like that in my life and she should be ashamed for treating her staff in that manner. It's so sad that people get a little power and use it to be as gross as possible to others. Fast food work is very difficult and grueling, but treating customers and staff in that manner is unacceptable.

  This really is a badly run McDonald's. They send cars to the parking lot and fill orders out of order, and are very very very slow. Just now it took 17mins to make 5 sandwiches and nothing else.

  The daily app deals are nowhere near as good as they use to be. Prices keep going up.
