  Update: The owner contacted me promptly and was very apologetic about the situation. They explained that the individual at the counter is new and may not have been fully familiar with the proper way to handle the issue. The owner acknowledged the inconvenience and appeared committed to addressing the matter and ensuring better handling going forward. Ordered food online and had my son pick it up, only to find out when we got home that TWO orders of fries were missing. I called the store, and the cashier told me I had to bring the entire order back so they could “verify” we weren’t lying. I explained that it wasn’t our fault and that bringing the food back would just make everything cold and soggy. He still insisted. I asked if, at the very least, they would remake the food fresh if I made the trip back and he agreed. So I drove all the way back… and this is the part that really got me, he didn’t even bother to check the bag I brought in. Not even a quick look. After making me drive back to “verify” the order, he just stood there and told me he couldn’t give me fresh food - only the missing fries - because it’s “the owner’s policy.” That’s what’s frustrating. You make a customer go out of their way, question their honesty, and then don’t even follow through on the one thing you said you’d do, or even pretend to verify anything. No manager, no owner available, just him and maybe a cook. Complete waste of time and honestly disappointing customer service. Lesson learned: ALWAYS check your order before leaving, even if it means holding up the line. It’ll save you the headache of a 15-minute drive back and dealing with this kind of situation.

  I love coming to this local hangry joes, the customer service is always absolutely amazing, the lady at the front counter disha, is super friendly and very helpful! I love the environment over here!

  Absolutely incredible! The waffles were super soft and the chicken was really juicy and tasty! The staff was super nice to me and they helped me clean my table after eating! I would totally come here again!
