On January 5th around 9:00 pm, my UNDERAGE daughter went through the drive-through at this McDonald’s location and was sexually harassed by an employee.
The employee was a white man in his 40s with a beard, working the drive-through window. He would not hand her food to her until he repeatedly commented on her appearance. This happened multiple times, forcing her to endure unwanted and inappropriate remarks just to receive the food she had already paid for.
This was not casual conversation. It was unprofessional, inappropriate, and unacceptable behavior, especially from an employee in a position of control over a CHILD.
What makes this worse is the complete failure of management. I called later that same day and spoke to a supervisor, who told me the general manager would contact me. She never did. No follow-up, no apology, no indication that this was taken seriously.
This lack of response suggests a serious problem with accountability at this location. No customer should feel uncomfortable or degraded just to pick up food.

They accepted my mobile order and claimed that they were open until 1am. I’ve gone there so many times at 12:30/12:45, and this time for some reason they were closed. No drive though or anything. I was extremely upset and I don’t understand why the app, maps, and google are not on the same page.
