This morning 11/21/25 she told me if im not happy she can return my money and i can go somewhere else. She answers rude and is mad all the time. I think that if dunkin doesn't changes her or she doesn't change her attitude then they will lose customers. I am paying its not free and to be treated this way is unbelievable. I wa so mad. She is even rude to other employees. I hope higher people start reading the reviews and change there way of treating customers.

Its a DD... i didnt have high hopes.... but my goodness. I could make a better cup of coffee with mulch, rain, and a lighter. Pic for the way to fix it.

Today, when I picked up my mobile order from the pickup counter, the lid wasn’t closed properly and the drink spilled all over my work uniform and the floor. None of the employees offered to help — instead, they just stared and laughed. Last week, my drink was made but left sitting behind the counter with the receipt attached, never placed on the mobile pickup shelf. I had to wait until another employee finally noticed and brought it out. This location really needs better attention to customer service and order handling.
