  Pretty much the same experience as many other customers at this location. I went in with my daughter about 50 minutes before closing. No greeting (not a big deal since I don't love chit chat anyway), ordered our 2 blizzards, didn't get asked if I wanted anything else, or say thanks or even the total. Offered up our coupon from a recent mailer (which is about the only way we go to DQ since the prices are pretty high for basic ice cream), and the employee sighs and snatches it from my hand and makes a big gesture like its an unreasonable request. Again, does not say the new total. I pay and the employee turns around to make the 2 blizzards. A short time later, he rudely flings the blizzards on the counter, sliding them about 2 feet towards me and nearly falling off the ledge, and walks away. After I got home, I tossed the rest of the coupons away. I'd rather pay twice as much at one of those FroYo places, Baskin Robbins, or Coldstone than to waste my money and time here.

  I just got a blizzard (Saturday Nov. 22nd @ 7pm) and the lady at the register was pretty rude. I walk up to the counter waiting for her to ask me if I'm ready (which is standard protocol for any restaurant), then she doesn't even look up at me or say anything, she then gives me a look as if to say "I'm waiting idiot", shaking her head as if I'm a crazy person It was a very condescending response/customer service and I didn't appreciate it.

  Does not have their times posted on google. Went way out of the way to come. Very disappointing.
