When I went in today, I was utterly shocked when a middle aged black haired lady put her hands in my face and started snapping at me to get my attention, even though I was already looking at her and moving up to pay. No one deserves to be treated like that. This is ridiculous and I definitely won’t be returning as it is absurd to get treated this way as a kind, paying customer. I’ve left a review before and the link they give to reach out to the company doesn’t even work, however I thought I’d let people know so they can avoid this Chipotle because that behavior from employees is plain rude. Below is a photo of the lady, taken by another reviewer who also was poorly treated by her. Greatly disappointed.
