  Ordered a mobile pickup through there app and asked for “less ice”. I got there and my drink had normal ice and was only filled up 70%. They said they could only add milk or more ice to fill up the cup. You’d think less ice would mean the drink would be normally made with less ice. After adding ice, it turned out like i asked for more ice. Why have the option for less ice??

  Genuinely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. I never leave bad reviews but unfortunately every time I come here the food is horrible. Sandwiches are hard and never warm. And don’t get me started on drinks. I asked for less ice. They DID NOT give me less ice and gave me less of the drink instead I attached the photo below. So disappointing. Staff is also very rude.

  Went in store 2:30 pm 2/28. No one at counter or drive thru. When someone came from back I asked if they had any donuts. She said no there werent any ready.. No donuts at all in case. Left without donuts

  This was the WORST WORST Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life. I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I waited about 5 minutes at the drive-thru just to place my order while the employees were inside chatting. The intercom was on, but no one seemed to be wearing a headset or paying attention. I ordered 10-piece Munchkins, but when I checked the box, there were only 6 inside. I went back to let them know, and one of the employees said “coreano” (Korean in Spanish). Good thing I understand Spanish. I chose to ignore the comment, but it was completely unnecessary and inappropriate. The employee who handed me the corrected order looked very annoyed. I said “thank you,” and he just SHUT THE WINDOW without saying anything. The whole interaction felt rude, disrespectful, and discriminatory. I simply asked for the FOOD I PAID for, what does being Korean have anything to do with that?

  This situation occurred at 6050 Burke commons rd H, burke, VA 22015. I bought a dozen assorted donuts and a box of joes for my coworkers I was late . I also purchased a large matcha almond protein drink with the details in the photo but the most important right now is light ice . Obviously my request was ignored the ice filled over the 2 mark when standing the cup straight up. Over 50 spent and I cover light ice and that was my personal drink I don’t plan to drink the hot coffee . I called back and was told to comeback later after work it was an inconvenience but something to work with but I received another call from the “store manager” SHE told me that I needed to bring the drink back 8 hours later after I was already told another would be made. I drank the one I was given for the caffeine to improve my awareness at work I don’t see why I was called back to be asked to hold it for 8 hrs to return a useless drink for an inconvenience that occurred during a transaction I had paid for and clearly received an inaccurate product. On top the “Store manager “ attitude was poor and unforgiving/unwavering and seemed she really didn’t care about my time my currency or how this could affect me.
