- WYWilliam York4 days ago1.0I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this Chipotle location over the years, and it’s gotten to the point where I feel it needs to be said. The portion sizes are noticeably small, especially when it comes to protein, and it often feels like you’re not getting what you’re paying for. On top of that, the overall customer service comes across as unwelcoming and disengaged. There have been multiple instances where communication between staff seemed to take priority over interacting with customers, which adds to the uncomfortable atmosphere. I’ve given this location plenty of chances, but unfortunately, the experience hasn’t improved. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously and works toward better consistency and customer service. (Written with AI to remove profanity)
