- DEDonna EdwardsSep 25, 20171.0One of the reasons a customer goes to a Subway is to get exactly what you want on a sub. With this Subway that seems to be impossible. They are always out of several ingredients. The last two times they have been out of onions. I mean, onions? It's not like this is an exotic ingredient that is hard to find! This time, trying to get a steak sub with onions they were out of steak AND onions. I must have had an incredulous look on my face because they employee said " yeah, we're out of a lot of stuff". This was at 5:30 PM. I'm tired of going in for a steak and cheese sub with onions and coming out with a bologna sandwich. Won't be going back.
