But it is worth noting that within the past month I have bought eggs that were cracked, a package that the safety seal was broken on, and apples that were already rotten. Today I was charged for two of a certain item when I only bought one. Unfortunate but overall a good grocery store. Just be careful to inspect what you are buying.

( only issue they changed the French bread its dry and tastes like crusty flour) its not the bakers fault Food Lion changed the recipe to the French bread like 15 years ago to this weird recipe and it is not good like at Walmart. But Food Lion has DELICIOUS birthday cakes and everything else!!!
