ETA was 7:12… after wondering where our food was at 7:30, we got a notification saying our food has been delivered. We look outside and see no cars, food, nothing. Give the manager a call and get met with a terrible customer service experience. All she had to say was it will be there soon. After waiting 1 HOUR for some pizza. No refunds, discounts, fresh food. Nothing was offered to us to make us somewhat happier. Eventually the “manager” just hung up on us. Do not recommend ordering from here if you want your food the same day you order it.
