I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt many times chalking it up as an innocent mistake when they leave out an item or 2. It’s nearly a weekly occurrence now. Not sure if it’s the staff or part of their business model but it does not create a very good experience. Dunkin is usually solid, however this location could use some improvement.
