You can read some of the other comments about the staff just standing there running their mouths and when you say something get rude with you. Stopped by yesterday afternoon...stood there NO OTHER CUSTOMERS taking their sweet time to get to me. When the server finished, announced my 3 tacos as she slides them toward the register and I'm wating...waiting....waiting...they're still chit chatting by the way...held my anger in...finally said SOMEONE ring me up. So the lady finally walks over puts her key in the register, place my tacos in the bag and walks away. Guessing she was shift supervisor cause she had a key. Thursday or Friday last week in the afternoon (27 Mar 26) I go and get a bowl and 3 soft tacos. Everything was fine until the last server folded up the tacos all at once...DID NOT separate them before doing so. Had to raise my voice slightly and tell them to open it back up and separate them then fold. I couldn't believe this and noone was going to say anything...Signs of POOR TRAINING. Well I will NOT RETURN HERE!!!!! Sticking to Gainesville location.

I ordered a burrito bowl and got a bowl of soup — all liquid, no veggies, and they tried to “fix” it by dumping cheese on top. This has been happening for two months straight. Lazy staff, terrible portions, and zero quality control. Not worth the money anymore.
