  Very good employees here and they will not up charge you for asking for light ice or no ice which is perfect then the strawberry lemonade last me throughout my work day I do not like when they charge me $0.50 for a barbecue sauce and extra one I think when you get a biggie bag you should be allowed two sauces but that's just my opinion

  Had probably one of the worst experiences we've had at a fast food restaurant at the Wendy's on Gate City Hwy in Bristol, VA tonight. We ordered a baked potato, a 10 piece nugget meal, and a chicken tender wrap. Got home and we were missing our 10 piece nugget and the chicken tender wrap was a very sloppy grilled chicken wrap instead. My husband drove the 10 minutes back to that location to get it fixed and came back with an equally messy grilled chicken wrap. Still no chicken TENDER wrap. The tortilla they put the grilled chicken on ripped open, so they just slapped a second tortilla around it and gave it to him like that. When you pay $7+ for a chicken wrap from a fast food restaurant, you expect to at least get what you ordered.. and when they have to fix it, you definitely expect them to give you what you ordered the second time. Completely ridiculous.

  It's just ok. Sometimes it's really fresh and seems better, but on average, it's just ok. We typically have the correct food, so that's a plus, but if you ask for condiments, it's likely something will be missing. It's definitely not the worst Wendy's we've ever been to, but also not the greatest either.
