  All the boneless wings are chewy grizzly chicken but the bone in are pretty good

  It's a shame when good food is accompanied by poor service & that's what I found at this Wingstop location. I placed my order online - to be ready in 10 minutes - which gave me time to drive there, pick up my order, drive back to work & eat. Unfortunately, when I arrived, there was a single other party in the restaurant ordering. The man in the group was arguing that he wanted a grilled chicken sandwich. There was another employee in the back cooking & another employee I saw pass through the back several times. No one else came to the front. When the party finished ordering & paid, I had been standing in the restaurant for 9 minutes. I told the cashier I had ordered online. She reached behind her, grabbed the bag off the shelf & handed it to me. I asked "you let me stand here 10 minutes with my food getting cold on the shelf?" She shrugged. This is a store without management & I hate that since their food is great! I will return to this location, but definitely not on my lunch break!

  I've been there a few times and twice i heard this brown hair girl talk about her sex life to her coworkers, that is extremely inappropriate and i had my child with me. I also heard a guy scream the N-word a week or two ago. The food was amazing though, just need more appropriate language. will come again if the issues get solved.

  We had the worst experience from Wingstop/Doordash. We placed our order for delivery on the wingstop app which then sent us a link to track our food on DoorDash. Our food arrived and when we opened it up we only got sides and were missing our party platter of chicken. I called wingstop and was explaining we were missing food to the worker to which she replied im just a team member I don’t know so then I said can I speak to your manager- the manager was not helpful and curt he said we had to call DoorDash to get the rest of our order delivered. We called the DoorDash driver and he said “wow that’s crazy but I can’t go back for it” so we then called DoorDash support and they told me they would reorder our food and get us a new driver. I then asked if we could get a refund for the food since it’s for my mothers birthday party and we’ve now been waiting on dinner for over two hours, the man told me since we did place the order on wingstop that we paid wingstop so they would have to refund us. I then again called the wingstop and told them what DoorDash support said and the worker said “I need a manager manager I can only access the cash drawer” I said okay so there isn’t a manager manager that can get me a refund and he said “no you have to call DoorDash for a refund”. Again DoorDash told us the payment went to that wingstop and they need to refund us. This was a horrible experience and ruined my moms birthday party because we didn’t get to eat. I have never had such a horrible experience when trying to communicate with staff in a restaurant. It was clear there was no manager and that the team was not being led correctly.
