  I love their garlic butter butter but their smash burger was to die for. Car hop cld have been nicer and not seem so annoyed. Wld also have been nice to have a bathroom available

  Not only did they mess up my order, after waiting over 15 minutes for a small order... but when I asked for it to be corrected it took another 12-15 minutes for one item.. And they came back and tried to charge me for it. Turned out they messed up the order on the receipt initially and added one of my items as a side of my meal instead of my fries... Then instead of correcting it, tried charging me for those fries. After waiting 30 minutes for my fries... I was not willing to pay for their mistake. I handed back the fries and left extremely disappointed. Love Sonic but would 100% not recommend this location. Extremely unprofessional and they were rude. I'm not always a "side with the customer" or "the customer is always right" type of person but this was 100% their fault and they wouldn't accept any responsibility or own up to their error. I'm not okay with that kind of mistreatment.. especially since I let them know 15 min in what the error was, and they offered to correct it... And then, 15 MINUTES LATER, still didn't actually correct anthing... Incredibly frustrating!

  Went by the sonic on Lee hwy Bristol Va, at 11Pm on Oct 3. A guy took our order of 2 shakes 2 corn dogs and 2 waters. There was a few other vehicles in the parking lot. We watched as the carhop brought everyone’s order to them and they left until we was the only customer in the parking lot, the time now was 11:25 we wait a few mins and a guy comes out goes to his truck smoking pot stinking up the parking lot. I push the button And a girl responds to take my order, I said we have been waiting 30 mins for our order she says what did you order? I tell her, she says we don’t have no order, I say I placed it 30 mins ago she says I’m sorry we don’t have no order for spot 8 then I say well can you take my order? She says yeah as I start to tell her the order she says oh wait no I have your order here, I will Get it together and gives me the total again. We set and wait a few more mins still no one Shows up so we left. As I drove around the building 3 people was standing inside talking I believe 2 girls and the guy. I have never had such horrible service at a sonic as with the ones that was working at the one on Lee hwy in Bristol.
