  Ordered ultimate nachos. Added guacamole. Did not add jalapeño or cilantro. Did not recieve sauce or salsa and Pico de gallo. Made for a bland boring and frankly tasteless meal

  This place has some of the worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. I came in the day before yesterday and had to wait 15 minutes just to get a server. After finally ordering, I ended up waiting 35 minutes just to get my drink—which is absolutely ridiculous. Then another 10 minutes passed before my food finally came out. No updates, no urgency, nothing. I had to keep asking just to get basic service. I gave them another chance today for takeout, and it was just as bad. I stood at the front desk for 15 minutes while two waitresses clearly saw me standing there but didn’t even acknowledge me. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you”—nothing. I finally had to walk up to them myself and ask if someone could take my order before anyone helped. This isn’t just slow service—it’s straight-up neglectful and unprofessional. Customers shouldn’t have to chase staff down or wait this long for something as simple as a drink. Completely unacceptable, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

  We've been coming here for a very long time, since they opened and tonight, we were glad that our friend couldn't join us for dinner. We have never had service so awful smh, awful would be an understatement. My husband ordered the new cheese steak sandwich and I ordered the buffalo wrap, no buffalo sauce but ranch instead. The waitress who we didn't recognize, was more into the table beside us, flirting with two men while we waited near 30 minutes after being seated. She finally decided to just turn around from their table to ask us about drinks. She brought me the wrong drink and didn't even bring my husband a full drink that he'd ordered. We waited another 20 minutes or so, then she comes back to take our order. We tell her what we'd like and we wait...... She comes back out after a bit, takes the men beside us their orders an then turns to give us ours, and takes part of mine off my plate, giving it to one of the older men she was flirting with! I didn't say anything, not wanting to cause a scene but as time went on and we got to looking at our food, I was done after a couple bites. We couldn't believe our check before leaving. Id ordered an ice water with lemon, brought out with no lemon, my husband, a bud light, half empty. His dinner, nt right, mine, not made right and when looking at our check, they'd actually charged us over 2.00 for bacon bits. I wish to God I'd taken a pic of our check to include with this review, id say next time, but there will not be a next time! We'd always enjoyed coming here, but no more. They've changed a lot and their quality of food has really went down hill. Our bill was nearly 47.00 and my husband just left 50, there was no way they deserved a bigger tip. She was very rude and there was nobody there for us to speak too.. And not wanting to make anyone mad, I still decided to get a small to go box, but our dogs enjoyed the rest of my dry dinner anyway..

  I got the Southwestern black bean burger w/ tater tots and my husband got the Bacon smashed Chile hatch burger w / potato wedges. Both burger were excellent and the tots and wedges both were fantastic well seasoned and crispy. We also tried the chili lime slaw which was fresh but just okay. Our server Kayla was friendly and helpful.
