  Didn't have the toppings I wanted wouldn't accept my money to upgrade to topping said there was nothing on their Peter they weren't courteous

  My wife and I made a small early dinner mobile order today. We chose curbside and picked a spot. I used to work for McDonalds and am familiar with what the training, standards, and practices USED to be. So we waited. And waited. After 10 minutes, no food. No cars were in the drive-through. No people were lined up the counter. Still waiting. At 15 minutes my wife went in to inquire. She saw our order just sitting on the counter in the back getting cold, no telling how long. She asked the manager, a small Latino woman, about our curb side order. My wife asked, "So it's been ready?" who replied "We're sorry, we really busy." I wonder how long she would have let it sit there had we not come in!!!! The manager just turned and walked away. Still no one waiting outside or inside - so NOT busy. The food was cold obviously. And they gave the wrong drink flavor. So I went in to change it. After standing alone at the counter for several minutes, as crew members glanced at me yet quickly turning away, and still no one in the drive-through, the little woman manager came up. She said she was the manager. I asked if she ever tells guests in the drive-through or the counter they're too busy to get their food. No answer - no concessions - no apologies. Bottom line: no crew member cared, not one, not even the manager. They don't care about any of us as customers. And most likely not the owner doesn't either. My McDonalds managers would have ripped us a new one with that attitude. Back then it was all about training the crew correctly and holding up standards, which isn't in practice here. This store should follow Chik-fil-A's model: good training, good customer service, good team work, humility, empathy, and holding up excellent standards. You never see Chik-fil-A empty, like this place was. Moving forward I will vote with my money, and this place doesn't deserve my vote. However, I'd love to hear from the owner to provide some direct feedback.

  Nearly everytime I get a SWEET tea here, it’s either watered down or unsweetened tea. If it were once or twice, fine, but nearly every time it’s not sweet. I don’t have this problem anywhere else, just this McDonald’s.

  The workers are rude, they forgot Half of our food and they take a long long time.

  I had made a Mobile order after a long day of work I hadn't eaten all day. I ordered a Big Mac mean my Big Mac had mayo instead of Mac sauce and my fries were ice cold. I had tried to call multiple times they answered and hung up the first time then no answer the next 4 times. Very disappointing.
