- KCKimi CottrellOct 23, 20251.0I'm not sure if all 3 workers were having an off day or what the issue was but none of them seemed to want to be there and were kind of rude. I had to repeat my order about 4 times to 2 of them. One just blankly stared at me until I told her what veggies and condiments I wanted, she didn't ask me just stared. The one at the register looked at another girl and said "I quit" because I guess the customer infront of me had to go get a few more dollars to finish paying for their order or something was wrong with the computer, I'm not sure which. As a customer service worker I understand everyone has their off days but all 3 employees just seemed to hated their jobs and didn't even try to hide it. Usually I order online for pick up or delivery and the sandwiches are always made just perfect but I was already out when my mother asked me to get her and I lunch. I will be going back to pickup and delivery from now on and hopefully those workers have a better day.
