I never really have an issue with being bombarded by other people as I do in Walmart & Costco. I don't really like shopping at any other grocery stores for different reasons. The food lion staff are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you find what you need. My biggest negative is i have been trying to get a case of coke zero for a few months but they keep forgetting to order i guess. They carry cases of all other popular sodas but not coke zero.
