  Although I errored and accidentally ordered Wytheville the guys at Blfd was very kind to help fix the issue.. and the food was great.

  I stopped in yesterday on March 19 sometime around 7:30-8 o’clock. We ordered two pizzas from our Domino’s app while we was waiting in the parking lot. The app told us when our pizzas were done. My wife proceeded to go into the store and get the pizzas at that time. She was notified by three young gentlemen that were working there that they messed up that order and had to remake it. They offered no apology or any discount for messing up because I asked my wife when she got back to the car. Upon returning to pick up the pizzas, the second time she then tried to pay for them with a $50 bill and they refused to take it and told her she would have to go to a gas station and get changed and come back. So we went to the gas station and came back. I took the money in And asked for an explanation as to why there was no apologies or discount offered, and why I had to use my own time and gas money to go get changed to pay for my pizza with US legal tender! The dark gentleman at the counter, then proceeded to get rude with me and I’m was really confused. I told him because I am the customer and they are the ones that messed everything up. He also identified himself as one of the managers at that location and if that’s the way you treat Customers, then you should just shut that store down because the three gentlemen that we’re in the store that night we’re just sitting around talking, not even answering the phones and also we’re very much all three smart asses with me the customer! That will be the last time And your employee needs to be reprimanded or dismissed the one that claims to be an assistant manager! I’ve been in the automobile industry for 27 years and that is just despicable that we had to wait on two different orders to be made and also drive to a gas station to get my own change to pay for my pizzas. I proceeded to let him know that he could keep those pizzas and what he could do with those.!

  Order a pepperoni cheese banna pepper pizza it was mostly sauce im sorry but when I order a pizza I dont want a pizza most made of sauce I want the cheese and the other items as well this the 2nd time ive ordered this exact pizza and the same situation

  It was my first time order (new to the area). When I got there, it was closed & there were "FOR RENT" signs in the windows. I called & was told they were in the back. I asked why not put the new address on their website. She said it was the same address & there was a sign in the window. Next time, use a sharpie or similar marker, Dominos! The sign is illegible from your car (& who gets out when larger signs say it's for rent?

  Possibly the best pizza in Southwest Virginia. Better than homemade, store bought, fast food chain, pizza chain, or independently owned stores. Their pizza is just better.
