    Best biscuits. I can't find any Bojangles in Winston Salem that can touch. When traveling, this stop is a MUST going to VA and returning home.

    It makes no sense to make customers stand at the register and wait because, I quote and repeat what an employee said, "We can only take so many orders in a certain time period." What? What does that even mean? If you can only help so many customers at a time please post it so people can make a decision if they want to wait or go eat somewhere else.

    Computer takes order at drive through not a live person, so you can't ask questions. Employees goofing off instead of working. I won't be back.

    They just need to shut this restaurant down. I can't even rate the food bc everytime you go there they are out of everything. And dont get me started on the customer service and attitudes of these employees INCLUDING managers....sad.

    Ordered 4 wings through the clueless, but somewhat accurate AI. Lady at the window said they only had one wing. We asked if we could just wait for more wings. She said she would bring them to us and to pull up to the door. We did. She later told us the wings would be ready in 2 minutes and they also had fresh biscuits in 4. This was at 10pm as we were travelling for Christmas family. The only issue we had was that the chicken and biscuits were so hot and fresh we had to handle the heat while eating in our car. So delicious though. Wish I knew the lady's name to mention her, but it was an A+++ experience.
