  This Bojangle's used to be amazing with it's previous owner. Now they don't care to even talk to people when they come in. They are always out of something when I make an online order and don't let me know before I drive up there, nor do they make any attempt at all to try to make up for it. They seem to be bothered by the fact that they have customers. It's really annoying and just downright rude. All that being said... The food I do get is almost always nearly PERFECTLY cooked and prepared. ZERO complaints about that. Just work on that service. And get rid of all the RBF's you guys have.

  Very accommodating when there may be a wait for them to refill! Refilled my drink in the drive through, very personable, and the food was spot on fresh what I ordered.

  I'm new to Bojangles I tried their fish sandwich and absolutely loved it, hands down it's thee best sandwich I've ever eaten. Went back many times for another one, sadly like very very very sadly I stopped by Bojangles today to get my fish on and was informed that it was discontinued... Why Bojangles why... why... why... so I tried their southern chicken sandwich and it's now my second favorite chicken on earth. But still Bojangles bring back the fish sandwich.

  They are always SLOW!! Don’t come to this one unless you have 30 mins or more to waste waiting in line!!

  This particular bojangles struggles to get any orders right. I believe they would do better with a real drive thru person and not the automated one
