One morning I went to the parking spot and used the app. After 15 minutes, the app said I had my food and enjoy my day. I had to go inside, ask what happened. They ran out of cooked food and gave my food to the drive thru for priority. From parking to leaving, was almost 30 minutes. I'm understanding about running the business....but let's not kick people out of line for your profit margin. What has happened to this institution? Profit Greed?
