- CLCynthia London4 days ago1.0Brooo… I sat in that drive-thru for 10 minutes without a single inch of progress. Finally gave up, drove all the way to another Wendy’s in Christiansburg, ordered, got my food, drove back to Blacksburg… and STILL beat my friend who had been in line in front of me. Like at that point it’s not even bad service, it’s a full breakdown of time and reality. There are no words strong enough to describe how unbelievably awful this Wendy’s is.

They evidently didn't order the right amounts of products and they had no hamburger patties and I had just bought 200.00 in gift cards to share with friends. I was very disappointed because the people I bought them for eat there alot.
- SGSarah GregMar 12, 20261.0Over all its was okay the food was warm but the manager at night ( two young black man) notice the last and this week are so rude and always never doing nothing but on their phone I sit and watch a young lady( short and black not trying to sound rude) at night clean the loddy and the bathroom and stock up the where the drinks machine are she do really good but this morning and yesterday morning the bathroom are always nasty like people in the morning don't like to clean up at all it shames day people are so lazy they won't clean the bathroom and leave it to people at night
