  Very disappointed with my most recent visit. I could barely understand the person talking my order. Then when we went to the window to get our food and drinks, they were shoved towards me, lids barely on, hardly any ice and the person didn’t say anything and looked do grumpy and angry. Probably won’t come back to this location. The food was ok and mediocre as usual.

  The staff at this location is petty and childish. every single time i have ordered from this location they purposefully refuse to fulfill my requests. At first, I thought it was a simple mistake but after my order this morning, i know they do it because they think it’s funny. i think it’s funny that mcdonald’s is the only place they can get a job, but whatever. they punched my car one time while delivering a curbside pickup order as well. i would never recommend this location.

  The service members working the second window at this McDonald’s are incredibly rude. Every time I visit, I order a couple of extra hot picante sauces, but I always end up getting shortchanged. The most recent experience I had involved being ignored multiple times, laughed at, and questioned for no reason. How can a worker possibly try to be helpful and attentive if they’re constantly being rude and dismissive? To make matters worse, they folded on increasing the sauces I received three times before finally giving me all the sauces I ordered. On top of that, I previously had my window punched (no damage) by a worker delivering food in the parking lot for no apparent reason. Weird way to get someone to roll their window down. I understand that this is a campus McDanks, but if this is how they treat customers without any cause, I can’t help but wonder what they do to the food.

  Gone to this location a good amount of times, had to stop one day in the parking lot to change clothes before class and I guess whoever is in charge there stood outside on the phone staring at me until the very second I left the parking lot, very creepy and predatory behavior, will not be going back
