They gave us a medium drink when we ordered a large, gave us a nacho fries with 7 fries in it, and they refused to take the drink tray back that we didn't ask for. Some people have the amount of people in their car that they order drinks for and don't want anymore trash lingering around the car than is necessary. It's a simple fix; just ask if people want a drink carrier don't assume.
