No driver grabbed it because that put the wrong name on the bag, it had my order info on the bag, not that they had it right inside. Also, terrible customer service inside I kept saying "excuse me" for several minutes until I was practically yelling it before someone came over. I've worked fast food I get there are bad days but completely unacceptable customer service. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been too, never eating here again.
