    No fault with the food, the Door Dash delivery drivers are not so great and harming PJ's rep in this town. Driver called to confirm entrance, left the pizza in the hall outside my apartment and never knocked. Pre tipped almost 50% and this is the service I get. Ditch Door Dash Papa John's!

    I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this location (visited 10/04/25 around 12:15 AM). I ordered a large pizza online, but they made a medium and it wasn’t ready on time, which already made me late for work. When I asked the employee (who claimed to be the manager) to confirm the size, he said “I don’t know” and then “maybe.” When I requested a refund, he refused and said he could only remake it. The store music was blasting so loud I couldn’t hear him. When I politely asked to lower it, he got frustrated, ignored my requests, refused to give his name or supervisor info, and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave — which he actually did. Police came, heard my side, and told me to report it to corporate. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable for someone representing themselves as a manager.
