- AMAvery MatthewsFeb 28, 20261.0I love chipotle, I was so excited to eat here, but was extremely disappointed. The service was terrible, I asked for guacamole and pico and they told me they were out. 5 minutes later other customers got guacamole and pico. The works were also extremely rude with not personality, the store was also very dirty. Where is the manager??? This establishment needs to be shut down. 3 stars is too good of a review.

Tables were nasty and I asked to a side of Al Pastor Chicken, but got Queso Blanco. We have had nurmerous issues with this location, to the point the last time we went was months ago. Tried again today, fail. Do not recommend

Has no urgency getting these orders done mind you it’s 6 pm and they close at 11 pm. Just pure laziness and terrible customer service.

Nice young lady was finishing up my burrito after she attempted to fill her empty containers. Meanwhile there were multiple employees in the kitchen just goofing off. Absolutely no sense of urgency from anyone. To top it off they didn't even have a bag and stained my brand new pants. Incredibly frustrating and will no return to this location and will ensure that no one I know does.
