I mean the food is good as it is Chipotle, however, that’s when you can actually get what you want that is. I’ve never been to a Chipotle with such supply issues. It’s always something missing, no white rice, no black beans, or no pico, no sour cream, no chips with my kids meal. Why are you even open if you can’t serve half the menu?

The singular accomplishment of this brain-defying management team is that they have Chipotle-branded packaging and interior design--good job, guys! ... Everything else is literally scraping the sludge off the bottom of the barrel and wrapping it in a tortilla for $15.

Chipotle's online ordering platform falls short in many ways, would recommend ordering from local restaurants instead.

By the end, the burrito was ripped and soggy while the foil wasn’t even fully wrapped around it. The bag had juice all around it from the worker’s gloves. I’ve never had such a negative experience at Chipotle.
