  I had a choice of three different Chipotles to choose from, I chose this one because of the high rating it already had and it did not cease to impress me. The staff was very accommodating answered my questions fully and even try to help me pick out something on the menu when I was unsure of what to get. There was not a long wait time at all I was first in line after the two girls that walked in in front of me, everything looked nice and seemed well-staffed. I only wish they would have had the refresher drinks in stock but I know how aggravating that machine is. And I wasn't dining in anyways so I am over all thrilled with my experience and the price was fair for what I got.

  I went to order a bowl today and all was well until it was time to order the cheese. I ordered my usual triple cheese which I have never had any issues ordering. Instead the Chipotle worker laughed at me and shook there head as they only gave me double cheese, leaving me humiliated. I’ve never been more embarrassed in my life. I just wanted my daily dairy intake and instead I was defeated.

  People here are rude I know they are student but they should treat people better. Also they charged me more I found that out when I got home.

  the first worker in the line was rude. the second one that did the toppings was also rude and seemed annoyed, rushed (there was no line) and did a horrible job. she wrapped my burrito pathetically. I also got a side of the salsa. the guy picked it up, held it three inches above the bag opening, and just dropped it in. Doing that was definitely intentional. Not surprisingly, my burrito and my boyfriends bowl both had salsa splattered on everything. and when i opened the aluminum the burrito completely fell apart because 1 she wrapped it pathetically and 2 she ripped the tortilla. My boyfriend went up and showed them and asked them to rewrap it. They just said sorry and gave him another tortilla. He said they were kinda polite…but it was very clear they thought he was being an inconvenience to them. I guess they expect the customers to wrap their own food. They were the two on the line at ~7:30pm on Saturday 2/28 i do feel bad for the girl i blew up on when i was fed up and went up asking for napkins. she was not part of the line people. My apologies to her.

  Worst service — I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and when I opened it up to check it there was no chicken at all in it. Waste of time and money. Thanks 🫠
