  This location crash the worker was really mean to me and slung rice on me and Wen. He made my bowl. He made it terrible and put little to nothing in there and was very rude to me and our sour cream was really really runny and he put barely in there and he should probably be fired.

  The management is so poor. Waiting over an hour for food for an online order which probably 20 other people, watching the regular line get served until the store CLOSED, and everyone waiting was told to just go home. It’s not the employees fault, they are set up to fail. Horrendous.

  It’s peak hours at 6 PM and you guys have no proteins ready to serve. How can it be that at peak dinner hours you don’t have proteins? I order chicken and I get the most minuscule scoop? Please plan in advance so you have food to serve and give proper portions. I come to chipotle wanting steak, have to settle for chicken and can’t even get a proper portion. I guess I’ll go to sleep hungry…

  I used to go to chipotle at least twice a week and after seeing this place it’s over. Rude staff and always missing at least few items. Lazy to refill. Last 1.5 years I gave 4 random trips and same issue. Love chipotle but no respect to this location. Start going to get chipotle and ending up with different places.

  Go a few doors down and go to roots! I have been here three times in the last two weeks. The first time, they were out of the Al Pastor chicken and guacamole. When I asked about making more, the kid at the counter just stared at me and said, “I don’t know.” The second time, they were out of the Al Pastor. When I asked about them making more, I’ve never seen more childish sass and huffing between the kid at the food bar and the one cooking the chicken for asking about them doing their job, and I ended up waiting 30 minutes for it. The third time, today, they were out of all chicken and both rice options. I asked if they were making more, and they said, “I don’t know, maybe. Someone went to a different location to get more, so maybe.” While these kids have no idea what’s going on in life, and doing their job is apparently preposterous to them, the manager running this location was clearly never trained on the simple process of ordering the correct volume of food based on previous foot traffic and sales.
