It is a lazy and not customer service friendly. Would be significantly happier if a human took my order cause they could actually get it right.

After another 10 minutes of waiting I finally asked if the two biscuits sitting waiting were mine to which the employee replied “no”. She then helped two other customers followed by putting the two biscuits I inquired about in a bag and handing them to me as if I was causing her an inconvenience. Not recommended for anyone with less than 30 minutes of spare time
