  Paid 30 dollars for food and can’t even get an order right and was also placed online, forgot the fries and cheese, Cinnabons, ordered the chicken nugget thing and didn’t give any sauce for them. Called and spoke to Aaron and said just let them know what you were missing when I come back and they will get it. Point is when you pay 30 dollars for food you expect to get it right the first time I mean let’s be honest how many tacos could we make out of 30 dollars

  Very disappointing experience today at the Taco Bell in Big Stone Gap, VA. When we arrived, one of the ordering kiosks was not working, so customers had to wait for the remaining kiosk to place their orders. We finally placed our order at 11:52 AM and then waited about 15 minutes before going up to ask about it. At that point we were told our order was “being prepared now.” After another 15 minutes, we still had not received our food. We had to leave because we were heading to a graduation ceremony. Another family in the restaurant said they had been waiting over half an hour for their order as well. During this entire time, it appeared that drive-through orders were being prioritized over customers who ordered inside. Someone even told a customer that it would be faster to go through the drive-through instead. We then had to wait even longer just to receive a refund before leaving. Because of the delay, we were unable to eat before the graduation ceremony, which was extremely frustrating. In total, we spent 45 minutes inside the restaurant and never received our order or any food. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience with poor order management and customer service.

  Putting special order food in bags and not labeling them is ridiculous.. and then trying to speak to someone that said there were a manger named Daniel, with a unprofessional attitude, refused to give me the GM number. If this guy is a manager, I'd start looking for someone else. Please just drive to Norton and avoid this clown.

  I ordered from here twice this week, and both times the food was awful. The first order was completely messed up, and everything ended up in the trash. After that, I decided I would never eat there again. Unfortunately, I gave them another chance and ordered just for my kids. That was a mistake too. My daughter got a cheese quesadilla, and it somehow had a cinnamon twist inside of it—absolutely disgusting. I will definitely not be coming back.
