    Well I have worked in Food Service for 15+ Years. This Pickles Complaint is the Guy never Changed his Gloves. He made a Lady Order in front of mine, and never Changed the Gloves. I also asked him to go Nice on the Toppings and No. One extra Tomato is not Acceptable. He was Nice though.

    Food on pickup order was burnt. They weren't busy but order wasn't ready on time. Wrong breads used and no sauce on the teriyaki chicken or the burnt black meatballs. No answer for days at the store. No response from customer support online.

    They are so extremely slow, and the employees were arguing the whole time they were making my sandwich. I was just really not satisfied and will not be back.
