If you got time to be on your phone you got time to put a broom in your hand and clean the stuff up. It literally takes maybe 5 mins if you are cell phone free. Cleanliness makes customers actually wanna eat there. If you take care of the restaurant inside out then they know you also care about the food's quality of life. If you have a dirty store, you have food contamination and bacteria just growing. Which is why bubble guts come from taco Bell most of the time. How often are y'all temperature checking your food?
