    Went to Arby's after church for lunch. Lion wasn't too long, but the biggest issue I had was the staff. I ordered a simple sandwich, nothing else. I waited between 15 to 25 minutes for my order which I would understand if the restaurant was jam-packed. Was pretty busy however, the staff walked around slowly acting as if it was a slow Tuesday afternoon, and not a Sunday lunch rush. several other customers around me were complaining about the quality of the food and time it took to process the order. Sandwich was mediocre, as was the staff.

    Got an order via the drive thru, drove home (20 mins away), opened bag and 1/2 my order was missing. Tried calling 4 times to talk to someone but no answer. Not only can’t they get an order correct, they can’t even answer a phone.
