  McGriddle was not together, bacon was floppy not crispy. They were paving and poor timing for that. It was 7am and you could barely drive thru and couldn't go out properly. Stressed me out considering I was heading to an appointment in Roanoke. Good thing, person at drive thru did ask if I was using the app and he thanked me for being a loyal customer. I've never had anyone say that, so I appreciate it.

  If you like actual food…….go to an actual restaurant. This is the “regular” lettuce option added to a double cheeseburger? (because it doesn’t come with lettuce) If I’m going out of my way to actually pay to add something on my sandwich then add it to the sandwich…. ☠️. $5 is what this burger cost after adding lettuce and tomato and it tastes like a microwave burger. I can’t taste any lettuce at all and the tomato doesn’t change much, flat tiny little tomatoes…..I’d rather make a white castle burger in the microwave at home because then I can at least add something real toppings to it and it’s cheaper. Better tasting foot for cheaper….stay at home 🤑🤠👻👏

  Every time you come here, you have to pull over into the drive-through spots. What happened to the good old days when you could just get fast food. So frustrating!

  This location has been bad for over 10 years. I would avoid this place at all cost. Orders wrong. Horrendous wait times. In all honesty I question what the employees might be doing to the food. I am leaving 2 stars so i don’t come off as a scorned customer. This place is truly bad. All frustration aside.
