  Horrible service. I’m so disappointed with the Store Manager Ivana Custred and cashier. I placed an online order for rapid pick up at 12:24 for a simple half Caesar Salad and a bowl of Broccoli Cheddar Soup. I show up and stand in line behind three people because currently no orders are on the pickup shelf. Right before I get to the cashier who turns out to be the store manager Ivana, another woman by the name of Abigail appears and asks if I have a pick up. I say yes and share my name. She tells me it isn’t ready. As soon as she turns around I receive an email saying my order is ready. The store manager finishes with the lady in front of me and I step up and say, “Hi, I have an” and I’m rudely interrupted by the manager. She tells me the other lady is helping me. I close my mouth and slide down and wait. I wait several minutes before Abigail comes over again and says, Maybe someone accidentally hit ready prior to it being ready and then she disappears. I wait longer, I ask for help, Abigail asks my name and says she will look me up on the computer. She comes back saying she sees it and it should be ready soon. I wait longer, this time she comes over and asks if I’m sure I ordered it for this store….at this comment I’m confused I’ve show you my phone twice and you just told me you pulled it up on the computer…. At this point I ask for a refund because I’m watching people who came in after me receive their orders. She goes to tell the manager and voila they discover someone put my order in a bowl and plate instead of to go like the online order says. Abigail offers to throw it in a bag for me.. I’ve been waiting 42 minutes, I don’t want cold soup so I kindly ask for a refund. If the manager had just taken the time to look into my order, this could have gone a different way. If Abigail had talked with the cooks about my order instead of just having me wait, this could have gone a different way. I end up leaving at 1:06 empty handed without my refund. I did later receive my refund.

  Panera Bread is my favorite Panera location in the area. It’s perfect for group meetings, studying, or working on your laptop—comfortable seating, good lighting, and a quiet enough environment to focus. The atmosphere makes it easy to spend a few hours being productive while enjoying their food and drinks. Definitely one of my go-to spots for work or study sessions.

  Clean place, decent food, and good services. However, the AC is way too cold! There are people with computers, or books; studying quietly. However, some people were talking on the phone or having a long conversation on a “speakerphone”. So, if you are somewhat enjoying listening to all kind of stories, then, ok. Sunday 3/9, somehow the back door area, near the drinks dispensers, somehow it smelled like someone was smoking. The front part smell clean. Tuesday 3/25 I was back, and the smell of the smoking are in both the front and the back. And the place was cold!

  The workers really try their best! Very polite and nice! PS it would be really cool and advantage for your location to install microwave!
