I purchased food and other items and politely asked if part of my order could be warmed. This has never been a problem for me at other Panera locations, so I didn’t expect any issue. However, the manager on duty, Veronica, immediately said no without offering any explanation at all. What really stood out was not just the refusal, but her attitude and tone. She was dismissive, short, and unprofessional in the way she spoke to me. As a manager, I believe she should understand the importance of respectful communication, even when the answer is no. A simple explanation would have made a big difference, but instead I was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Customer service is just as important as the food, and unfortunately this location failed badly in that area. Because of how I was treated, I will not be returning to this Panera, and I felt it was important to share my experience so other customers are aware. This was not the level of service I expect from Panera Bread, and it was extremely disappointing.

It was near closing time, I apologized and the person at register, seemed like more than an associate said d something slo g the lines of Don’t worry, that’s what we’re here for.
