  Just made it to town and needed a quick bite to eat. Candace was the sever/bartender and did an amazing job g job taking care of everyone at the bar with efficiency. I opted for a salad with buffalo chicken and it’s was everything I expected it to be! The best buffalo Caesar salad I ever had actually. Thanks Candace once again for your amazing hospitality and service!!

  I have visited this location several times, and the food and drinks are generally good. Most of the servers are friendly and provide good service. However, on a couple of occasions, I observed behavior that was very concerning. A server appeared to be drinking alcohol while in uniform and interacting inappropriately with customers at the bar. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere, especially for families who come to enjoy a meal and watch games. I also noticed people smoking inside the bar area, and it did not seem to be addressed by staff. This is particularly concerning in an indoor dining environment. I believe management should closely monitor the restaurant environment and ensure that professional standards are maintained so that it remains a welcoming and family-friendly place.

  I ordered food ahead of time to be delivered through Buffalo Wild Wings website. Over an hour past the delivery time went by and the website side me order was still “being made.” When I called to cancel my order (because there is no button option) the girl asked me if I ordered through DoorDash? When I told her no she then proceeded to tell me that because I did not order through DoorDash I myself cannot cancel my order THEY have to…….. EXACTLY WHY I CALLED!!!! This was the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had and will never order from this location again and recommend that you don't either.

  I would like to start off with this being my first experience dining at a Buffalo Wild Wings, and I was very disappointed overall. This location offers free parking for the first 2 hours, and if you were to stay any longer you would have to pay. The first rate after 2 hours begins at $8. I am not fond of the idea of paying for parking, but I also do not think it will take 2 hours+ to dine-in at Buffalo Wild Wings. The atmosphere is nice, clean, nothing to complain about in those regards. I will mention, first, that they were very understaffed. As it was my first experience at BWW I did not mind the wait before our waitress came by to take our orders, as I was scanning the menu and all of its options anyways. The wings took a while to come out, but again that did not bother me either since it takes time to make and serve a large order of wings (it was a Tuesday and they offer BOGO). What made it such a terrible experience was seeing our waitress come by every table around ours taking orders and getting checks without as much as a look our way. After we finished eating and was ready for the check, we waited 40 minutes before being able to flag our waitress down for some to-go boxes and the check. I'm no boomer and usually don't care much about waiting, but 40 minutes is ridiculous. Also, keep in mind my anxiety was rising every passing 10 minutes because only the first 2 hours of parking is free here. After flagging the waitress down for the to-go boxes and check, it took her another 20 minutes to bring it to the table, because she decided to go to the other tables around us first. I can completely understand being understaffed, but we have been waiting for 1 HOUR now just for some boxes and a check. I think it's important to prioritize who should be taken care of first in the case of a table waiting 1 hour with no service during the meal VS. someone who had just been seated. It is not the waitress's fault BWW was understaffed, but it also does not take away from the fact it was such a horrible experience. Of course, I tipped - regardless of the situation. However, I was not happy with the service at all. I first arrived at this location at 4:53 PM. I did not leave until past 7 PM (over the 2 hour limit). If you want some cheap wings then this is your place, I just recommend doing take-out.

  Due to health issues I have been hone bound for last couple of months and done extensive take out in arlington area. This by far was the worst experience in order being wrong and quality of food. We ordered 2 sampler apps and 20 chicken wings along with a burger. Forget to mention we ordered thru door dash. First of all the bag came drenched and wet on the inside. Our app sampler was wrong and the sauces we paid for and asked were either missing or incorrect. My son had his heart on trying to do a cheese pull with mozzarella sticks which were missing. We had plan to heat up all the fried food in air fryer which we did and some of the apps were ok but very salty overall which we expected. The burger was literally burnt and we had to cut off the edges to eat, well done does not describe burger condition. The chicken wings were like chicken dried out jerky on a bone. The sauces like ranch and blue cheese were incorrect and not the requested/ordered amount. As for the sauces on the wing, it looked like someone just poured a little amount on the wings inside the box last minute. This was the first and last time we will order or est from this establishment. Very disappointed at quality of food and service ordering. Wing stop blows these guys out of the water in quality of food especially wings not only in flavor but in ordering take/delivery. We ordered online thru and had door dash deliver about 1 hour total time. One of the worst experience of food quality again wings stop, KFC, Popeyes has way better quality. Feel like we got scammed out of 85$ never order from this place again!
