  My husband and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner yesterday, and it was hands down one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. To start off, our server was actually great — friendly and attentive at the beginning. But everything went completely downhill from there. It took 30–45 minutes just to get our food. When it finally arrived, my order was wrong. I had specifically asked for bone-in wings and was served boneless. Our waiter apologized and said he’d put in the corrected order. Well… that “corrected order” took over an hour to come out. So I’m sitting there watching my husband eat while I’m starving, and not a single person bothered to update us on the status of my wings. We had to ask three separate times if anyone knew what was going on, and each time we got nothing — no check-ins, no updates, no apology, absolutely no sense of urgency. Then after waiting for more than an hour, our server brought us the check — still with no wings. Five minutes later, my wings finally came out… in a to-go box. I never asked for them to be packed to go. I was still planning to eat there because, again, I was STARVING after waiting all night. At that point, the whole experience was beyond frustrating. Slow service, wrong order, zero communication, and then the final slap in the face: wings to-go after we’d already been charged and ignored for an hour. Buffalo Wild Wings, this was unacceptable. By far one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be coming back.

  Be ready for a negative attitude from the order pick up desk. I just picked up my food. The lady is so terrible at her customer service skills.

  This place sucks. Avoid it. Staff is incompetent. Waited for an hour and a half, just 2 of us, never got our food. 5 or 6 people who cam in after us all got their food. Waiter was slow as hell! Barely anyone in the place. I will never go back to this dump. This has happend more than once here. For real, dont go.

  No wonder this place is 3.5 stars. I came for pick up order and was waiting for my order at the take out section. 2 ladies started violently throwing the orders in the bag. When my turn came they hand it to me with an attitude. Take out people who placed online orders, your orders get violated before it is handed to you by two grumpy staff.

  Allamagan was our waiter - he was terrific! Very friendly. Brought everything we ordered. Checked on us frequently. We talked to his supervisor to tell that we were very pleased with Allam. Also, the food was delicious and plenty leftovers to take home and sooo many TV's. Atmosphere was so fun!
