  Pésima atención demoran una eternidad para servir la comida más de 40 minutos esperando y cuando traen mi orden es algo que no ordene a traerme mi orden nuevamente me traen otra vez algo equivocado pedimos

  I cannot comment on the food or atmosphere because we weren't there long enough to experience either. I came in with a party of eight for dinner, was promptly seated and perused the menu for close to 15 minutes. I let the host know that we were ready to order and was reassured that my server would be right with us. After another five minutes with no server, we walked out. It's such a shame that the service is beyond poor at every BWW I have ever been to. They have such great food but the service is seriously lacking. Please get your house in order, BWW.

  Our server, Fred, was awesome. Super sweet and helpful. Food was good and timely. I can here for Veterans Day and today and the staff was 10/10 both times.

  I had a disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings while picking up my order. The staff member at the front desk was on her phone and did not answer my question about how long my order would take. I did not receive any help, which was frustrating. I hope this issue can be addressed to improve customer service.

  My husband and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner yesterday, and it was hands down one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. To start off, our server was actually great — friendly and attentive at the beginning. But everything went completely downhill from there. It took 30–45 minutes just to get our food. When it finally arrived, my order was wrong. I had specifically asked for bone-in wings and was served boneless. Our waiter apologized and said he’d put in the corrected order. Well… that “corrected order” took over an hour to come out. So I’m sitting there watching my husband eat while I’m starving, and not a single person bothered to update us on the status of my wings. We had to ask three separate times if anyone knew what was going on, and each time we got nothing — no check-ins, no updates, no apology, absolutely no sense of urgency. Then after waiting for more than an hour, our server brought us the check — still with no wings. Five minutes later, my wings finally came out… in a to-go box. I never asked for them to be packed to go. I was still planning to eat there because, again, I was STARVING after waiting all night. At that point, the whole experience was beyond frustrating. Slow service, wrong order, zero communication, and then the final slap in the face: wings to-go after we’d already been charged and ignored for an hour. Buffalo Wild Wings, this was unacceptable. By far one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be coming back.
