The cashier's barely acknowledge you, let alone provide friendly customer service, and then consistently make mistakes when entering in your order. Twice while visiting we've gotten incorrect burgers or toppings and twice we've gotten plain fries when we asked for cajun. After asking for the correct fries this last visit, the amount of seasoning on them was so sparse it seemed laughably spiteful. I'll be going to the west broad street location in Short Pump from now on. They're really nice there and don't mess up my order 🤷🏻♀️

It was five guys birthday and they had a buy one get one Burger promotion. Clearly not staffed for it.. you couldn't move, line was out the door. Nothing against the store itself, I blame corporate for all this. I drove 45 minutes to get the crappiest Burger of my life. My 35.00 would have been better spent at Burger King. Giving a three stars across the board because it wasn't the stores.

I did not appreciate the cook trying to take my order across the restaurant as im walking up to the register and then have to repeat to the cashier. Cashier thought running his hand under running water for 3 seconds (if that) without soap is cleaning his hands.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
