Recently, I’ve been having subpar experiences at other locations — but the Ashland location brought me back to the Panera I know and love. The presentation of the food, especially the salad, was beautiful. The baguette was also the right flavor and texture (something we have been disappointed in the past with other locations). We also ordered the frontega chicken sandwich which was wonderfully prepared. Thank you to this location for the great quality and presentation! We will visit again.

- PCPaige ConnorsDec 5, 20255.0My company ordered Panera for pickup this morning from the Panera on Brook Rd near Virginia Center Commons, but it was closed until 9 because of snow (which we respect--they take good care of us, too, on a regular basis). When someone from our company went to pick up the order, an employee from this location was at the Brook Rd location waiting with the order!! She'd driven all the way to Glen Allen to make sure we had our food. We really appreciate y'all for going above and beyond to take care of us, even in inclement weather. Stay safe and warm. ❤️
