I’m a truck driver and I’ve walked to this location from the TA before, that time the service was fair to middling but nothing spectacular. This time however, including tip I ordered around $25 worth of food. I sat down to wait for my order and went to get some sweet tea. There was only water coming out so I informed the employees that it needed refilled, they said they would. I waited a while longer, still no order, then went to check it and still no sweat tea. I advised a different employee, he said he would take care of it. Finally got my order and went to check again and still no sweet tea. I went back to the counter and a guy working the grill asked what I needed, I told him about the tea. He paused a mimen and responded that they were out. It would’ve been simpler to just inform your customers when they order, or at least the first or second time they inform you of the issue. Between that and the general uncleanliness of the whole place (it smelled like BO) I told them I was going to need a refund. They refunded my money and said sorry. Yes, this Five Guys location is sorry. This is the only bad location I’ve been to, that’s the hell of it. Whoever the manager is should be replaced immediately.

So I asked to cancel the fries and get the combo. The guy at the register asked the guy behind him if he could do that, and he shook his head no. Would it really be difficult to cancel and reorder??? My mistake was for paying $8+ for fries. To boot, the fries were overly salty and I could not finish them. Never again!
