  I missed the drive-thru kiosk and drove up to the pick up window by mistake. And the place was dead no cars or people in the store. Yet the person decided to have me drive around and order at the kiosk, surprising it is him on the headset punching the order. I asked him that he could have just taken the order when I was at the window. He told me that it was his preference. No wonder the store is has no business. With 7 brew right across the street I’m never coming back and will make sure to pass the message around.

  The new crew in there does not do their job. I go every Friday and the old crew was AMAZING. Order was always ready on time. Food and drinks were great. The last three weeks have been the worst I’ve ever had from any Dunkin’ Donuts. How do you give out stale sandwiches and a peppermint mocha with no peppermint or mocha? I paid $7 for a regular coffee then. Don’t go here. Avoid it like the plague. Nobody is friendly and food sucks.

  This was the worst fast food establishment I've ever been too in my career. The person who took my order either couldn't understand what I was saying or just messed up my order three times. Not only that we were in there for 30 minutes with two other people in their, and all I got was a bacon egg and cheese bagel which she forgot. I also got Avocado Toast with Bacon, but she left off the bacon. The cherry on top was four people from corporate were in there and couldn't care less about the poor service.
