  I met Forrest in the drive-through. apparently, he’s new, or in training, but he’s awesome. Dude was super funny and super sweet!! Anyone that’s meeting him will have a delight! Great Chick-fil-A even greater workers!!!

  Went in here on 3/27 very rude crew. Guy was working the cash register I waited until he finished waiting on 2 older gentleman then I said excuse where would I pick up a mobile order he looked at me turned his head told the older lady ma’am you was next what can I get for you. So the manager was standing in front of the screen where the orders show so I had to shout excuse me 5 times someone in drive thru heard me before he did so I asked where would I pick up a mobile order he asked my name I told him he said we don’t have a order for you so I showed him the order on my phone he stated oh that’s because you placed it as a drive thru order and went back laughing and talking to his co workers. Another gentleman came from the back 3 minutes later said ma’am may I help you I told him I got a pickup order he clicked the button on the screen right by the opening to get to the kitchen went got my order and gave it to me. Customer Service have really changed in Chick-fil-A

  absolute WORST cfa ever. i am a regular and TODAY i ask the worker PATRICK for a white buttery bun AND he pushes me away and brushes me off saying it’s a breakfast option!! a BUN on a CHICKEN sandwich is NOT a breakfast option. everything has gone downhill. you guys love to disrespect people.

  To start, I have been a signature member for a few years, I LOVE chick-fil-a! However, the England street location will NEVER get my business again. Recently I placed a Mobile order for breakfast (@ 10:21). When I arrived, there was people in both ordering lanes. I sat in the outer lane for a few minutes before I was realizing I was being skipped, so I just pulled forward to the window. Upon getting to the window and explaining I was skipped, the manager ( not sure of his name but dirty blonde hair and younger ) informed me that they were not able to do my order because the lane was closed and “someone may have ran over the cone earlier that morning but it says closed in small letters on the top and it’s now 10:31”. Keep in mind, I placed my order at 10:21, I already paid. So he then issues me a refund for my meal, or so I thought ! I was baffled at the service and decided to call my boyfriend and show him, we then realized that he did not refund me the entire amount, I was still charged for tax. I went inside the store to ask him to refund me the ENTIRE amount only to realize that he never actually refunded me at all. Very thankful I decided to go back in , but will never visit this location again.
