  I drove an hour and 22 minutes today and got 2 large blue raspberry lemonades and they were amazing!! The staff was so nice and the energy was really good and when you go to order your drinks they ask you how you're doing and then also at the window to get your drinks. 10/10 would go back again

  I normally have a great experience at this location, but today’s visit was a little frustrating . I waited in line 30 minutes for my drink. I was asked to move to the second lane and then after moving to the 2nd Lane, cars way behind me when I was in the first lane got their drinks and left. I asked for extra matcha in my drink and my drink looks like milk.

  For being fairly new I’ve tried to give grace, but the issues are consistent with every visit now. The staff is rude, they rush you and I’ve had multiple experiences where they read the order back to me, I pay and when I get my drink, it’s incorrect. When I voice the issues, I’m told “you weren’t rung up for that (cold foam, etc) so we’d have to charge you. The waits can be long so then having to wait and pay more for something you already asked for is crazy. The locality of this was exciting because it meant not having to drive far for 7 brew… but id rather go back to Starbucks to save the headache of incorrect orders and rude staff.

  I made the mistake of going when I had less than my full mental faculties about me, and because of that, I failed to request light on the cream to go with the full real sugar option instead of sugar free. Despite that, it's still a delicious iced blondie coffee, and it's even refilling my low sugar reserves so I can be sweet. The folks working there really pulled me out of my funk just by being themselves. A couple girls were just dancing to the music and their joy was infectious. Between the kindness, courtesy, and genuine customer care of the staff, the atmosphere, and the quality drink, I'll definitely be returning for a repeat visit. Especially when I'm having a bad day, cause the energy over there is amazing!

  First time I visited the drink was super watered down tasting the coffee was just super off. I decided to give it another try and went back for the funnel cake macchiato which was amazing and I sent my husband to get one today which is 35 minutes one way he asked for the same thing the funnel cake macchiato, and he came back with a regular macchiato. He said he asked for the funnel cake one but of course he didn’t try it or didn’t know any better other than what I told him to order super disappointed with this location and super upset. I sent him 35 minutes one way to pick this up. Update: I won’t be returning to this location which is pretty disappointing. I was told to email about my experience so I did. I made it clear 2 times I had a messed up drink and the response was We’re truly sorry for the issues you’ve been facing with your recent orders. During your next visit please don’t hesitate to let your Brewista know if something is wrong with your drink, we’re always happy to offer a remake! We apologize again and we truly hope we can serve you better going forward. WELL that doesn’t fix the almost $20 I spent at your location for the 2 messed up drinks… No I was not asking for 2 free drinks to make up for it but dang could have offered 1… After this original post I made I tried AGAIN to get my funnel cake macchiato yesterday and the lines were crazy. We were put in line 2 we watched cars and lane one and lane three go in and out while Lane two didn’t move for over five minutes at a time which was super frustrating again because we had cars that were coming in way after us that we’re gone way before us. I get my drink. You feel pressure to move so I try my drink and caramel macchiato is what I was given. There was no white chocolate flavor at all, which is what a funnel cake macchiato has in it. So who in their right mind is going to turn around in a line that is backed out to the road to try to get a remake. I’m so frustrated with this location again. I don’t think I’ll ever return. These drinks are more expensive than Starbucks and I’ve had three times now where something wasn’t right. Ridiculous!
