  They have an interesting point of sale strategy, you pull up to the talk box and they ask you to wait before taking your order. They do this to test how much you really want the greasy slop and give you a second chance to reconsider. It has given me enough pause to say, “I don’t want to spend $12 on cold chicken nuggets” and leave without ordering on multiple occasions. If you’re looking for a fast food option that makes you reconsider ever returning, check out this Wendy’s location. It will disappoint!

  Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order on the drive through and another 10 to get my order only to find that some things were missing. Not good.

  I am never one to post reviews but my experience today was horrendous! We walked into the store and saw a big line. My kids and I went to get a seat while my husband waited in line. Tables were dirty so I went to get napkins. Completely empty. Then went to get ketchup. Also empty. We waited in line for 30 minutes and they only helped 1 person. The workers completely ignored the line and we could see them slowly make orders for the drive through. At one point, a worker decided to restock the fry containers (that were not even empty) instead of coming to the register. 30 more minutes of no one coming to the register. It was unbelievable and very obvious they were ignoring the line as they would not make eye contact or come near the register. We saw family after family come and go as they saw that no one was being helped. We finally left without ever getting to order. So disappointing as we were there to celebrate my son. It truly ruined our day. This is NOT okay!

  We went there hoping to have a good experience after a very tough day. Asked for a frosty was yelled at for supposedly taking too long to choose if chocolate or strawberry. I have never been SO humiliated while placing an order. A heavy set spanish lady who obviously hates her job. Told me they didnt have any frostys left. N then yelled at me "why you take so long to order then?" Then I heard the guy at the drive thru ask for a frosty and was given one!! I was lied to and humiliated. One of the worst experiences at a food establishment i have ever experiences. Wendy's, do better at hiring staff. 😒 I hope this lady gets reprimanded for providing TERRIBLE customer service.
